Return policy

First of all – why would you want to return something so rad?

If absolutely necessary, items can be returned within 10 days of delivery with an uncut ribbon for IN STORE CREDIT ONLY, but ya’ll, if you wear it – you’re stuck with it! We’re not messing around…

We WILL NOT accept returns with the following: 

  • Jackets that have been worn
  • Jackets with cut RJ ribbon
  • Jackets that have been torn/washed/damaged or marked in any way

Before you send it back, you must request a return authorization (RA) number by emailing RambleJamesDenim@gmail.com. Make sure you include your order number and reason for return in the email so we know what’s up!

Our badass RJ team will send you an email with the details of your processed return. Our returns department has the right to refuse a return if the item does not meet the above requirements. If this happens, the jacket will be sent back to the address on the original order.

All item(s) being returned must also be accompanied by original packaging.

STORE CREDITS

Store credits can be used to make a future purchase and are valid for 6 months from date of issue.

RETURN POSTAGE

You will need to cover the shipping cost of your return. We ain’t goin’ to tell you what to do but it might be smart to use a tracking method of postage to ensure it reaches us in one piece - we are NOT responsible for lost, stolen or undelivered returns.

Any jackets bought on sale are FINAL purchases and will not be accepted as a return.

Ya’ll save yourself some trouble and just keep the dang jacket – you’ll be the star of the show!!
